MKU LNA 473 A
Super Low Noise Amplifier
47000 ... 47250 MHz
With this new developed amplifier based on the 0.15µ pHEMT technology the combination of very low noise figure and a high output power in one product has been achieved. This amplifier is suitable for receiving and transmitting as well. By using a waveguide transfer switch or a rotate mechanism this amplifier can be implemented in a transverter which will increase the transmit and receive performance drastically.
To reduce losses to a minimum the board is coupled directly to the waveguide input. The small mechnical dimensions allow the construction of very tight transmit and receive systems.
