This super low noise wideband amplifier was designed to cover the 5 ... 1500 MHz frequency range. The noise figure is typ. 1.2 dB at 20 dB gain. Simultaneously the broadband amplifier has a high IP 3 and a output power of > 100 mW. With this outstanding performences, this amplifier may be used for many applications. The amplifier is coupled via a high pass filter for suppressing frequencies below 5 MHz.
