KU PA 2145 A

Power Amplifier

1900 ... 2200 MHz • 45 W

The power amplifier is developed both for digital and analog transmission systems. By the use of 28 V-LD-MOSFET technology high efficiency and low current consumption are reached at the same time. The case of the power amplifier is milled of a solid aluminium bar.
