KU PA 1617-008 A
Power Amplifier
1600 ... 1700 MHz • 7 W
The power amplifier is developed both for digital and analog transmission systems. By the use of 28 V-LD-MOSFET technology low current consumption is reached. Switching on and off is possible through a separate ON-pin. The case of the power amplifier is milled of a solid aluminium bar.
